All products offered for sale by Your Vegan Passport (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are digital products delivered electronically. Upon completion of a purchase, the applicable digital product is made available for immediate download and/or access.
2. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, and because such products are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
3. Acknowledgment and Waiver
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) you are obtaining immediate access to a digital product, and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or “cooling-off” period that might otherwise apply to your purchase.

Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or protections that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you rights that conflict with this policy, those laws will prevail.
